About Me

I am a PhD student in Population Health Sciences at Harvard University, with a concentration in health systems. My research examines how organizational behavior, market dynamics, and policy reforms interact to shape the strategic decisions of healthcare institutions — and ultimately affect health outcomes. Drawing on interdisciplinary methods from economics, policy, sociology, and management, I focus on how system design influences provider behavior, care quality, and institutional resilience.
I am particularly interested in the mechanisms through which health financing and provider payment reforms shape the organizational dynamics of healthcare institutions. I also study how broader social and cultural factors influence the functioning of health systems, especially in complex policy environments.
Alongside my academic work, I am engaged in public communication efforts to translate health sciences research into accessible insights for wider audiences.
